What is the Arthur Ford Loyalty Program?

The Arthur Ford Loyalty Program is a rewards system designed to show appreciation to our valued agents. It allows you to earn 1 Crown (R10) for every R200 you spend. 

How do I spend points?

You can redeem your Crowns for products at any ARTHUR FORD store which will help you grow your business.

Here's how it works:

1. Visit any ARTHUR FORD store.

2. Choose the products you want to purchase.

3. Let the store assistant know you wish to use your crowns towards your purchase.

It's that simple! Redeem your Crowns and keep your business thriving.


Do loyalty points expire? 

Yes, your loyalty points expire after 12 months (effective from 3 April 2024). This means that the Crowns you earn will only be valid for one year from the date you earned them. For example, if you earned Crowns on April 3, 2024, they would expire on March 1, 2025.
 
Here are some tips to stay on top of your loyalty points and make sure you don't lose them:
 
1. Set up reminders: If you know your Crowns are expiring soon, consider setting a calendar reminder to use them before they expire.
2. Know Your Crown Balance: You can view your Crown balance at the bottom of your till slip, or on our Agent WhatsApp channel. Message us here: WhatsApp
3. Make small redemptions regularly: Don't wait until you have enough Crowns to redeem them for an expensive order. Even small redemptions can help you reinvest in your Business and prevent your Crowns from expiring.

How do I check my Crowns(points)?

You can check your Crown balance through the ARTHUR FORD WhatsApp Channel, or at the bottom of your till slip. WhatsApp us on +27 67 395 4896

How do I apply to become a VIP agent?

If you are already a VIP level then you will remain there until further notice, if you are not on VIP level then you will remain on the normal agent group until further notice.

How do I earn Crowns?

As an Arthur Ford agent, you earn valuable Crowns with every purchase. Here's how it works:

• For every R200 you spend (in-store or online), you get 1 Crown (worth R10).

• That means spending R1,000 earns you R50 back in Crowns! 🎉

The best part? You can redeem your Crowns anytime, no minimum amount required.

Stock up, and get rewarded for it!

BEING AN ARTHUR FORD AGENT

How do you START A BUSINESS WITH ARTHUR FORD and start your journey to success? 

All you have to do is visit our website page called START A BUSINESS and Click on BECOME AN AGENT. You can sign up online and read all the information and benefits about being an agent right there.

Your second option would be to visit any of our ARTHUR FORD stores and sign up in store where you will receive your product starter pack right then and there.

Whether you sign up online or in store you will need to pay a sign-up fee.

Does ARTHUR FORD have franchisee opportunities for me?

ARTHUR FORD does not offer franchises. Agents are able to open their own store in South Africa under a different name and sell ARTHUR FORD products, however the name ARTHUR FORD may not be used as the name of the business. 

Does ARTHUR FORD give credit to agents?

ARTHUR FORD does not give credit to agents or customers, however if you shop online you can use Payflex, and pay only 25% of the purchase price today. Your goods are shipped immediately. And you pay the rest over 6-weeks at no additional cost (zero fees, zero interest*).

Do agents of ARTHUR FORD receive an income/salary/payment from ARTHUR FORD? 

No, agents of ARTHUR FORD sign up to START THEIR OWN BUSINESS.

Once you are signed up you run your business and ARTHUR FORD does not pay you/agents nor does ARTHUR FORD "take" any profits from your sales, they money you make from your sales is that of your own to reinvest and grow your business.

Does ARTHUR FORD pay agents/customers for referrals of new sign ups to the agent program? 

ARTHUR FORD does not pay any referral fees. This is not our focus or aim of the business. We encourage agents to grow their own businesses and expand their consumer reach rather than referring new agents. 

Does ARTHUR FORD offer job opportunities further than being an agent?

ARTHUR FORD does not offer opportunities to agents to work in our stores as a standard however we are willing to have a look at CV's.

How do I place an order as an agent?

Can I order by WhatsApp, phone or email?

No WhatsApp, calls or email orders will accepted.

Can I order if I do not live in South Africa?

You can place an order from anywhere, but we only deliver to selected addresses within South Africa at this stage.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed or not?

When your order has been successfully received by our system, you'll see a confirmation page. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you specified, giving the details of your order. This confirmation indicates that your order has been received; fulfilment of your order may be impacted by stock availability. If you can’t find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged when it arrives, please upload an image of the damaged products within 24 hours here. You will receive a refund for the amount of these goods if the return is accepted.

The item I received is not what I ordered?

We do our best to make sure that the product you ordered meets expectations and is as described on ARTHUR FORD. From time to time we get it wrong and ship the incorrect item to you.

If you received something you didn't order, please log a return with the reason "Incorrect item shipped".

What is Payflex?

Payflex offers the first truly free payment plan in South Africa. Checkout with Payflex and pay only 25% of the purchase price today. Your goods are shipped immediately. And you pay the rest over 6-weeks at no additional cost (zero fees, zero interest*).

How does Payflex work?

Select “Payflex” at checkout.

Enter your personal details - Name, Email, cellphone number, SA ID number

Confirm your cellphone number - Payflex will send you a one-time PIN via SMS.

Payflex completes an eligibility check

Make your first payment with any VISA or Mastercard debit, cheque or credit card.

Set your Payflex password

Once your first payment has been made, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping.

 Note: If you are not approved for a Payflex account, you will be redirected back to Superbalist where you can choose a different payment method to complete your order.

What are the fees and interest charges?

Payflex does not charge fees or interest. You will pay the same order value split into four payments. 

What if I miss a Payflex payment?

If you miss a scheduled payment, a default fee of R75.00 (incl. VAT) will be added to your account. A further R75.00 (incl. VAT) will be charged for every week that the payment remains unpaid. 

Do I qualify for Payflex?

To be eligible for Payflex you need to be 18 years or older with a South African ID number and Visa or Mastercard (debit, cheque and credit cards are all good). You will also need a good credit history.

How many Payflex orders can I have at the same time?

If it’s your first time using Payflex, you’ll only be allowed one order until your second scheduled payment has been paid. After that, you can place multiple orders, as long as you stay below your total spend limit.

How do I make instalment payments on an Payflex spend plan?

Payflex will automatically deduct scheduled instalments from the same card you used to make your first payment. If you want to pay your balance sooner, you can log in to your Payflex account to make early payments. 

When will my item be delivered if I pay with Payflex?

Payflex orders are prepared for delivery once you make your first payment at checkout. Orders will be delivered within ARTHUR FORD’s standard delivery timeframes.

Is it safe to use Payflex?

Absolutely. Payflex is an established payments company, and part of the $1bn Zip Co group that is listed in Australia. All payments are processed through state-of-the-art PCI compliant payment systems that ensure the security of your payments.

Why is my credit/debit card payment not going through?

If your card transaction has failed the most probable cause is a bank decline. Our credit/debit card provider, acts as a middleman between ARTHUR FORD and your bank to process online transactions. The ultimate authorisation for a transaction comes from your bank.

Some common reasons include, insufficient funds, incorrect card details, exceeding daily limits, etc. Some banks automatically disable debit cards for online payments, so you may need to contact your bank to enquire further.

Where can I find the CVV number on my card?

Your CVV number is the 3 digits on the back of your card.

ARTHUR FORD reserves the right to increase the prices of our products each year.

Each price increase is considered carefully and done as minimally as possible however with the growing economy, we must make sure we keep up with the pricing in the market.

Discontinued products

Before discontinuing products ARTHUR FORD takes a lot of time to do research into the sales of these products as well as the costs of producing these products to make sure we are still keeping up with what our customers want but also not having products that do not sell sitting in our warehouse.
