How do I load my Airtime voucher?
The Reward Terms of Use: Airtime Voucher (Across networks)
To redeem the R20 Airtime Voucher data, dial *120*120120*01*PIN# (Pin provided in SMS). Follow the prompts on the USSD for the data / airtime to be loaded onto your mobile phone.
The voucher is valid for one (1) month after the date the reward pin is received.
How do I check my Crowns(points)?
Crowns/Points can only be seen on your unique profile on our loyalty program app. When you make a purchase, your points will be loaded onto your loyalty program profile within the hour (unless there are internet issues).
Your points balance will no longer be shown on your receipt, everything will be accessed on your loyalty program profile.

How do I apply to become a VIP agent?
Our VIP program is now integrated with our loyalty program, which means you no longer need to apply to become a VIP agent.
Our VIP agents are now called Platinum and Diamond agents and will still get an extra 4% discount on top of your agent discount.
To become a Platinum agent, you need to spend a minimum of R3000.
For example, if you are on Gold level on 1 July, you need to spend R3000 or more by the end of July and you will then be upgraded to Platinum level on 1 August.
If you DO NOT spend R3000 or more in August, you will be downgraded back to Gold on 1 September, and you will lose your extra 4% discount.
The same works for Diamond level, but you will need to spend R10 000 or more to qualify as a Diamond agent, where you will get MANY reward options AND 4% discount off your ARTHUR FORD purchases.
I don’t understand the different levels/tiers.
With new tiers comes new and exciting rewards, which means you will have more choices to use your crowns on. Platinum and Diamond level get an extra 4% discount over and above their agent discount.
I was a VIP agent, but I am no longer getting my 4% discount.
If you do not spend R3000 in the current month, you will be downgraded to GOLD level for a month. If you spend R3000 in the month that you were downgraded, you will be upgraded to Platinum the following month, but make sure to spend the correct amount to stay on Platinum level.
When does my tier/level/status get upgraded or downgraded?
You will be upgraded or downgraded a level on the first day of every month.
I am on BRONZE level, what does that mean?
You are on our entry level tier, to unlock more rewards, you will need to spend more to get upgraded to another tier.

How do I earn crowns/points?
You earn 1 crown for every R200 you spend which will instantly be credited in your wallet balance which you can check on your loyalty program app profile. Your monthly spend will determine your tier status. With new tiers, comes new exciting rewards.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Redeeming vouchers is simple. Just go to the 'Redeem Rewards' section on the app's home screen, find the outlet you want to redeem your voucher for, and use your crowns. You will receive an SMS with a voucher code, which you will present to the store assistant when making a purchase in-store. Please note, that vouchers cannot be used on our online store.
Why can I no longer see a reward to redeem that I used to be able to see?
You may have been downgraded to a lower tier for not spending the right amount at ARTHUR FORD to remain on the higher tier. Each tier comes with new and exciting rewards. You can work your way back up by spending the minimum amount required on the different tiers. Refer to the ‘different levels breakdown’ to see how much you need to spend for each tier.
I tried to use my points in store, but I was told there is a new app I need to download.
You can only use your points (now called crowns) by redeeming an ARTHUR FORD voucher through your loyalty program profile. If you have not received an SMS with your unique login details, please follow the steps for ‘I have not received any SMS with my Login details?’
Will redeeming crowns affect whether I move up or down a tier?
No, redeeming your crowns will not affect the tier you are on. Only your spend will affect the tier you are on.

ARTHUR FORD does not offer franchises. Agents are able to open their own store under a different name and sell ARTHUR FORD products however the name ARTHUR FORD may not be used as the name of the business.

Do agents of ARTHUR FORD receive an income/salary/payment from ARTHUR FORD?
No, agents of ARTHUR FORD sign up to START THEIR OWN BUSINESS.
Once you are signed up you run your business and ARTHUR FORD does not pay you/agents nor does ARTHUR FORD "take" any profits from your sales, they money you make from your sales is that of your own to reinvest and grow your business.
Does ARTHUR FORD pay agents/customers for referrals of new sign ups to the agent program?
ARTHUR FORD does not pay any referral fees. This is not our focus or aim of the business. We encourage agents to grow their own businesses and expand their consumer reach rather than referring new agents.
Does ARTHUR FORD offer job opportunities further than being an agent?
ARTHUR FORD does not offer opportunities to agents to work in our stores as a standard however we are willing to have a look at CV's.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged when it arrives, please upload an image of the damaged products within 24 hours here. You will receive a refund for the amount of these goods if the return is accepted.

We do our best to make sure that the product you ordered meets expectations and is as described on ARTHUR FORD. From time to time we get it wrong and ship the incorrect item to you.

What are the fees and interest charges?

What if I miss a Payflex payment?
If you miss a scheduled payment, a default fee of R75.00 (incl. VAT) will be added to your account. A further R75.00 (incl. VAT) will be charged for every week that the payment remains unpaid.
Do I qualify for Payflex?
To be eligible for Payflex you need to be 18 years or older with a South African ID number and Visa or Mastercard (debit, cheque and credit cards are all good). You will also need a good credit history.
How many Payflex orders can I have at the same time?
If it’s your first time using Payflex, you’ll only be allowed one order until your second scheduled payment has been paid. After that, you can place multiple orders, as long as you stay below your total spend limit.
How do I make instalment payments on an Payflex spend plan?
Payflex will automatically deduct scheduled instalments from the same card you used to make your first payment. If you want to pay your balance sooner, you can log in to your Payflex account to make early payments.
When will my item be delivered if I pay with Payflex?
Payflex orders are prepared for delivery once you make your first payment at checkout. Orders will be delivered within ARTHUR FORD’s standard delivery timeframes.

Why is my credit/debit card payment not going through?
If your card transaction has failed the most probable cause is a bank decline. Our credit/debit card provider, acts as a middleman between ARTHUR FORD and your bank to process online transactions. The ultimate authorisation for a transaction comes from your bank.
Some common reasons include, insufficient funds, incorrect card details, exceeding daily limits, etc. Some banks automatically disable debit cards for online payments, so you may need to contact your bank to enquire further.

Your CVV number is the 3 digits on the back of your card.
