I have not received any SMS with login details for the loyalty program?

If you have not received an SMS with your unique login details, we may have a different cell phone number on our system to the one you currently use. 


Step 1: 

You will need to update your details to make sure we have your latest details. Please fill out the form above with your details. 


Step 2: 

Once you submit the form with the correct details, you will receive a welcome SMS with your unique login details and a link to access our agent loyalty program within 7 days. 

How do I check my Crowns (points)?

You can view your Crowns/Points balance and redeem rewards through your unique loyalty program profile on our loyalty program app. Whenever you make a purchase, your points will be automatically loaded onto your profile within an hour, provided there are no internet issues.


Please note that your points balance will no longer be displayed on your receipt. Instead, you can access your Crowns/Points balance and redeem rewards by logging into your loyalty program profile. To do so, visit the loyalty program link at arthurfordloyalty.com and log in using your mobile number, ID number, and the password that was sent to you via SMS. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to view your Crowns/Points balance and redeem rewards that you qualify for.

I have updated my details, but have not received an SMS with my unique login details.

Please note that it may take up to 7 days to receive the welcome message after submitting your details. If you have not received a welcome SMS after 7 days, please ensure that you completed the form correctly. This includes uploading a clear image of your agent card and ID as required.


If you have uploaded your details correctly and still have not received a welcome message after 7 days, please contact our support team at +27 800 064586 or send an email to arthurford@tlcrewards.com for assistance.

I deleted/lost my welcome SMS with my login details.

Click on "Forgot Password" on the Platform and a new one will be sent to you. Try to login again with the new password.

I lost my phone, and I have a new cell phone number. Can I still access the app with my old number?

Unfortunately, you will need to update your details again and wait for the welcome SMS.
