•  Black tea leaves contain polyphenols, which are natural compounds that have been shown to reduce insulin resistance and improve glucose uptake in the body.

Directions For Use

Add one tea bag per cup, add 200-250ml of boiling water and leave to brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strenght. Enjoy as is or add Almond Milk, as it is low GI (Glycemic Index) and low in carbohydrates. 
Enjoy 1-2 cups a day, however it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider before consuming and herbal tea if you have high blood sugar or are taking medication to manage it.
