Who May Enter
Open to South African residents aged 18 and over who are active Arthur Ford Gold or VIP Agents in good standing. Excludes employees, directors, agencies, and their immediate family members.
Entry Requirements
TikTok account must be set to public. Video must not exceed 30 seconds. Must tag the official Arthur Ford account. Must include all four stated hashtags. Must wear an Arthur Ford cap and/or golfer. Entrants may enter each theme once.
No Entry Fee
No purchase or payment is required to enter this competition.
Judging Method
Only TikTok videos posted by active Gold and VIP Agents that meet the stated criteria and include all required hashtags will be considered by the judges.
Prize Payment
Cash prizes are paid by EFT into a South African bank account held in the winner's own name, within 30 business days of successful verification. If a winner cannot be verified, Arthur Ford may award the prize to the next eligible entrant. Prizes are not transferable.
Winner Verification
Winners must provide proof of identity, Arthur Ford Agent number, contact details, banking confirmation (in their own name), and signed acknowledgement of receipt.
Use of Videos & Images
By entering, all entrants give Arthur Ford permission to repost, share, edit, feature, and use their submissions for marketing purposes across Arthur Ford's official channels.
Content Standards
No offensive, unsafe, political, discriminatory, misleading, sexually explicit, defamatory, illegal, or brand-damaging content. No music, images, people, or third-party material the entrant does not have permission to use.

By entering this competition, entrants agree that Arthur Ford may collect and process the personal information required to administer the competition. This may include name, contact details, Arthur Ford Agent status, TikTok handle, submitted video, identity verification details, and banking confirmation if selected as a winner.
This information will be used only for purposes related to the competition, including verifying and judging entries, contacting winners, making prize payments, record-keeping, and complying with legal requirements. Arthur Ford will not sell or share personal information with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
Entrants understand that TikTok videos entered into the competition are public and may be viewed, shared, or engaged with by members of the public on TikTok. By entering, entrants give Arthur Ford permission to view, share, and repost their submitted entry for competition and promotional purposes. Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably required, after which it will be securely deleted or destroyed where appropriate.
