A night-time blend of Valerian Root, L-Theanine and Lemon Balm formulated to support relaxation, help you wind down and promote restful sleep.

What’s included:

• 1 x Sēkret Calm Ashwagandha – 60 Capsules
• 1 x Sēkret Relax Magnesium Glycinate – 60 Capsules
• 1 x Sēkret Sleep & Stress Syrup – 150 ml

Calm Ingredients:

3000 mg Withania somnifera L. (Ashwagandha) [root, as 200 mg of 15:1 extract]

5 mg BioPerine® (Black Pepper Extract 95%)

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Maize starch, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate.

Calm Dosage and Directions for Use: Adults 18 years and older: Take one to two capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. May be taken morning or evening.

Relax Ingredients:

Each capsule contains 375 mg Magnesium Glycinate, providing 75 mg elemental Magnesium.

Sleep Ingredients – per 5 ml dose:

75 mg L-Theanine

200 mg Chamomile

400 mg Valerian Root

375 mg Lemon Balm

Preservatives (m/v): Sodium benzoate (0.28%), Potassium sorbate (0.2%)

Sleep Dosage and Directions for Use: Use as directed on the product label or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
